These terms and conditions (“Online Store Terms”) apply to all transactions concluded with you, the customer, when you shop via the poznanje.co.rs website (“the Website”) at the online store Poznanje (Knowledge). Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your future reference. By registering at the online store you accept and agree to be bound by the Online Store Terms and the terms and conditions of the Website which together shall constitute the entire agreement between you and online store Poznanje (“we”, “us”) acting as agent for and on behalf of Poznanje d.o.o. association.

We reserves the right to alter these Online Store Terms from time to time.

References in this document to "the online store" refer to the online store Poznanje at URL poznanje.co.rs operated by Poznanje d.o.o. association.
The Online Store Terms are subject to Serbian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Serbian courts. If any Online Store Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that Online Store Term shall be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Online Store Terms.

Protection of confidential information about the transaction

When you enter your payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in protected (encrypted) form using SSL and PKI protocols, as currently the most advanced cryptographic technologies.

Payment

Products that you want to buy on the www.eparhija.rs can be paid in following ways:
1. By Visa, Master Card and Maestro credit and debit cards in the country and around the world,
2. Money transfer through post offices or banks in Serbia or through foreign banks to the account of the sales office
3. E-banking for individuals and legal entities in Serbia

Payment for persons from abroad
Important note: Internet shop Poznanje operates according to the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and therefore all payments by credit and debit cards should be conducted in the currency of the Republic of Serbia Dinar (RSD). The amount of transactions that you pay will be converted into Euro (€) according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
Your pay-card will be charged in your local currency after which the amount in euros is converted to your local currency using the exchange rates applied by the global card association.
Due to mentioned conversion, it is possible that there is a slight difference in the price that is charged, and the one shown on our website.

Delivery

Delivery time of 4 to 10 working days in any part of the world. Saturday and Sunday are not working days.

Return Policy

Reclamation and Return Policy

Internet shop Poznanje operate in accordance with laws of the Republic of Serbia and respect the rights of the buyer.

There are two basic types of reclamation and returns of goods:

1. Reclamation on receiving goods in case of:

The package being open, damaged, non-complete or does not correspond to the specification of the receipt accompanying it (this has to be understood on the spot , check the goods in front of the delivery person and make an instant notice ) . If you report an irregularity or shortage of the goods after the delivery person has left the place of delivery , the reclamation will not be accepted.

2. Reclamation on the basis of functional regularity of the product

In this case , you inform us via e-mail or phone about the kind of a functional shortage in question . Please provide us with a detailed description , and , if possible, a photo of the damaged product which you can send to our e-mail address shop@poznanje.co.rs

Reclamation on the basis of functional regularity of products will be accepted only if the goods in question are returned complete, undamaged and in their original packaging ..
Delivery costs for the reclaimed goods are on the buyer .
After functional irregularity has been established, in agreement with our reclamation service , we will replace your goods or return the money in case we do not happen to have the product you purchased .

The deadline for establishing authenticity of the goods the buyer has stated when making a return , their replacement or refundation of money is 15 working days from the day the returned goods are received .

We obtain the full right to change the prices of products. If you have ordered goods at one price, and payed them so, if these items happen to get on sale after that, you have no right to a refund .

Refund if the goods are paid for with credit cards

In the case of returning the goods and refund the buyer who has previously paid width some of debit cards, in part or in its entirety, regardless of the reason for the return, internet shop Poznanje is obliged to return funds solely via VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment method, it means that the bank will request the seller to do a refund to the credit card.

Other Conditions

Acceptance of orders

We are only able to take orders through the online store for delivery to the countries listed on the checkout pages. If the country that you require delivery to is not visible then we will not be able to process your order.

We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. Our confirmation of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability and certain security checks.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us or you fail our security checks, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Availability of Products

If online store products become temporarily unavailable, we shall hold your order until we have the product back in stock and will then mail the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable then we will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.

Colour reproduction

We made every effort to reproduce colours in the online store as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet. This means that when you order products from the online store, colours may differ from what you see on the screen.

Products and Pricing

All product prices include Value Added Tax (“VAT”) where applicable. These may change in line with Serbian government, Customs and Excise, EU directives, and other legal interpretations issued by relevant authorities.

Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to outside the EU. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.

We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.

Guidance

To the extent that we are permitted by law to limit our liability to you in connection with any order, that liability will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant product(s).

Delivery

Your order will normally be dispatched within 7 (seven) days of placing the order and making the payment. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. If you would like to view the status of your order please contact us by e-mail or telephone and we will gladly answer any questions about the status of your order.

We are authorised to share your personal information with third parties who are used to fulfil your order or satisfy our obligations to you.

Cancellation/Returns Policy

We have the right to cancel any order you make for any product if you fail our validation or security checks. If payment has been taken you will receive a full refund and an e-mail confirmation confirming such refund to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

You have the right to cancel any order you make for any product (other than personalised products and audio/video recordings or software which you may have unsealed or magazines) purchased through the online store and you will receive a full refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 7 (seven) days of receipt in an unused condition for a full refund or exchange. When returning products to us for refund or exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs. If a full refund is applicable or the exchange has been caused by an error on our part then we will refund the postage you have paid on receipt of the returned product.
